expertise of Turkish estate agents, Dilaver and Deniz Demir and British born,
Andrew Cowles. Together they form an elite property company with strong
foundations and immense experience, which provides a tailormade service to meet
cutomers needs.
Andrew Cowles
Andrew is a British national who has owned property in Altinkum
for 4 years he has now relocated in Turkey with his family 2 years ago. During
this time has gained a great deal of local knowledge. Andrew is English-speaking
and has homes in both Turkey and the UK.
Dilaver Demir
Dilaver has dual Turkish and British nationality. He has a wealth
of experience in real estate and customer relations. For over 8 years, he has co-managed
an Estate Agent that he jointly owns with his younger brother, Deniz. Dilaver is
bi-lingual and has homes in both Turkey and in the UK.
Deniz Demir
Deniz is a Turkish national whose background is in real estate.
He has a vast knowledge of the Turkish property market and for approximately 8
years has managed the Turkish office of an Estate Agent jointly owned by himself
and his older brother, Dilaver. Deniz is Turkish-speaking and lives in Altinkum
